Service Portal: Variable question choices do not display horizontally (Across choice direction)Description In Service Portal, even if a variable's Choice direction field is set to Across, the choices still display vertically. Steps to Reproduce Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items and select a catalog item. Under Related Links, go to Variables and click New. Create a variable with the following values: Type: Multiple Choice Type Specifications: Across Name: Test Layout Question: Placeholder text Scroll to Question Choices and create at least two question choices using the following method: Click New.Provide text and a value.Click Submit. Click Update. View the item in the Service Portal. Note the choices are displayed vertically rather than horizontally. Workaround This is expected behaviour in the current releases. The Service Portal was not designed to mirror every layout option of the Service Catalog in the normal UI.
