Steps to Reproduce Go to System properties>All Properties. Set sys property glide.ui.timer.started to false. Go to Incident>Configure>Form layout. Add the timer field to the form and save. Go to Incident>Create New. The timer field is running even though glide.ui.timer.started is set to false and the timer field should be in pause. Go to Incident>Open. The timer field is correctly in pause. Workaround There is no known workaround for this issue.
