This occurs when attempting to initiate a chat session with a chat queue that has a schedule where the queue is currently not available. The title and content of the message are not translated.Steps to Reproduce Navigate to System Definition > Plugins. Activate Social It (it may be listed as Chat). Navigate to System Definition > Plugins. Activate a language plugin. For example, I18N: French Translations. Navigate to Social It > Chat Administration > Queues. Open the Service Desk Chat queue. In Schedule, type Weekends. Click Save. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner. In Language, select French. Go to the ess page. For example, http://instancename.service-now.com/ess/ Click ServiceDesk Chat.The message and window title are not translated. WorkaroundThere is no known workaround for this issue.
