How to Access ServiceNow COREServiceNow CORE Watch the CORE overview video here The ServiceNow CORE Compliance Portal is a self-service portal that provides ServiceNow customers with relevant documentation to help address regulatory questions relating to the use of ServiceNow, including those from internal audits, vendor assessments, FDA regulations, ISO, and SOX requirements. Accessing ServiceNow CORE for Customers and Partners CORE access for Customers and Partners is provisioned to Now Support Portal account holders by the customer's Primary Customer Administrator who manages the company's ServiceNow instance. Instructions for customer administrator's on how to grant access to CORE are here. This is a detailed process, so please read the entire KB article Information on how to identify your customer administrator are here (requires a Now Support Portal account)If you do not have a Now Support Portal account, please reach out to your customer administrator to be provisioned one.
