Note that the change opens in Routine view.Impersonate an ITIL user.Navigate to Change request > Open.Open the example from step 4.Notice the change opens in Default view and view rule with additional condition added in step 3 does not work.Now repeat step 3 as Admin/maint and remove the additional condition.Open the change again.Notice the change request example opens in Routine view as expected. Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases. We do not make these decisions lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience..
