Steps to Reproduce

Personalize a form layout Create a field called Speedchart and add it to the form. Remove the field from the form and click Save . Try to add the field back. The field appears in the left slushbucket. Try to move the field to the right. The field does not appear in the right slushbucket. Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases.
