This setting determines the timestamps on items in Now Support and the default time zone for case communication. To set your time zone in Now Support: Log in to Now Support. Select your name. From the menu, select My Profile.In the Auto detect time zone for case communication field, select your time zone.Select Update. Set a case-specific time zone ServiceNow customer support uses your profile time zone setting to determine the best time to contact you about cases. If you do not have a time zone in your profile, you must select one when creating a case. You can also select a different time zone for a specific case if your profile time zone does not reflect your current availability. When you do this, you have the option to update your profile time zone at the same time. To create a case with a case-specific time zone: Log in to Now Support. Go to My Support > Create a caseComplete the case form. In the final step, the Case Communication Time Zone field displays your profile time zone.If this time zone reflects your availability, continue to step 6. If you need a different time zone for this case, select your preferred time zone from the Case Communication Time Zone list. A checkbox appears asking if you want to update your profile. Select the checkbox to update your profile time zone. Complete the rest of the fields and select Submit.
