Identifying your NowSupport Administrator Description  Each ServiceNow customer designates one or more employees to serve as NowSupport administrators. These administrators have specific privileges, roles and responsibilities within Now Support, enabling them, among others, to:

Create and manage user records for individuals in their organizations. Reset passwords for users. Before contacting ServiceNow Technical Support for issues related to Now Support accounts, please contact your organization's NowSupport administrator. They have the necessary privileges and access to address most account-related issues efficiently.

Need a Now Support Account?

Contact your ServiceNow NowSupport Administrator to create an account for you. Check with your internal IT department to identify the appropriate contact.

Trouble Logging In?

If you have a Now Support account but are locked out, contact your NowSupport Administrator to unlock your user.

No Identified Administrator?

If your organization does not have a designated NowSupport Administrator, please contact the ServiceNow Technical Support team to assign this role. Your company will need to decide which user should be assigned this responsibility.

Identify your Now Support Administrator You can identify your NowSupport administrator after you have logged in to Now Support, by following the steps below:

Navigate to Now Support portal Click on your user name in the upper right corner and click on My Profile . See who is listed in the ServiceNow admins table for account support.
