Printer-friendly version of catalog and home page does not contain click to print


Description

When the Printer Friendly Version action is pressed on non-form or list pages, like Home or Catalog pages, the page is just opened in a new tab/window, and the Click to Print button is not present. This is standard functionality of the Printer Friendly Version of pages, and is expected to be present in any page within the instance.

This is reproducible on all versions of the platform (verified Berlin+)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Incident > Open.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right, and select Printer friendly version.
  3. Note that there is a Click to Print button present in the top right of the new page opened.
  4. Navigate to Self-Service > Service Catalog.
  5. Click on the gear icon in the upper right, and select Printer friendly version.
  6. Note that no Click to Print button is present.

Workaround
