UI Policy Conditions do not apply if the variable value contains commasDescription Catalog UI Policies does not save conditions when the value of the variable in the condition contains a comma. This is happening because IS ONE OF conditions comma separate values. Steps to Reproduce Navigate to Service Catalog > All Variables. Search for and select Name = data_plan. In the Question Choices related list, click New.Text: Test, CommaValue: Test, Comma Click Submit. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog UI Policies. Click New.Catalog item: Apple iPhone 5Short Description: Test Comma VariableCatalog Conditions: data_plan IS Test, Comma Right click on the header and click Save.The catalog condition is reset to data_plan IS -- None -- Workaround Remove the commas from the values of your variables.
