Global Search to Knowledge Search Group Results Not Functioning Correctly Description When searching for a term using global search, results from the knowledge base are returned, but if I click on the Knowledge search results group header, I receive the error: "Your search term - - did not return any results." Steps to Reproduce

Search for computer (with or without quotes) in the global search. Click the Knowledge Base search results group header directly above the returned results. Workaround Until this problem is resolved, complete searches using the Knowledge Search available here: hi.service-now.com/kb_home.do .
