Issues adding image links to Knowledge Base items Description When the user adds an image link to an article, the article becomes blank and the contents are not saved. This issue happens when there is a different default language other than English (US) in the System Localization properties. When a new KB article is created, the kb_knowledge table fails to update. Instead, the translation_text table is updated. When the short description of a KB article is changed in the List view, the article will revert back to what was in the kb_knowledge table (which is blank if it is a newly created article). Workaround There is no workaround for this Known Error at this time. Related Problem: PRB577128
