Email log: The 'recipients' field does not include CC and BCC addresses.DescriptionOnly the 'To:' addresses are listed in the sys_email table log in the recipients field. Copied and blind copied addresses are not recorded. Steps to Reproduce Navigate to Incident > All and go to an incident record. Click the email button in the upper right corner. Specify To, Cc, Bcc recipients, and add the message text content. Send the email. Preview the email in the email log. Note that only the 'To' addresses are listed in the recipients field. WorkaroundAfter carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and the cost and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or near future releases.
