Role names are truncated when greater than 40 characters Description Role names get truncated when setting a role name longer than 40 characters.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new role. Set the name greater than 40 characters. Click Save . Right-click on any module. Select Edit Modules . Find the role field. Click the key. Add the newly created role to the right side. Click Save . Notice the role is truncated on the right side and the real role is still on the left side.

Workaround This problem has been fixed in Paris via PRB1367272 . There is no workaround available. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
