To assign the snc_internal role to a user: 1. Navigate to User Administration > Users.2. Open the user record for the affected user.3. Scroll down to the Roles related list.4. Select Edit.5. Search for snc_internal in the collection list.6. Move snc_internal to the Roles list and select Save.7. Ask the user to log out and log back in, then navigate to Flow Designer to confirm access is restored. Note: This role assignment is required for each affected user when the Explicit Roles plugin is active on the instance.
