Procedure 1: Override a UI action on a child table 1. Navigate to System UI > UI Actions.2. Select New to create a UI action on the child table (for example, Incident).3. In the Table field, select the child table.4. In the Action name field, enter the same Action name as the parent table UI action. If Action name is not defined on the parent, use the same Name value.5. Enter a script specific to the child table in the Script field.6. Select Submit to save. Procedure 2: Remove a parent UI action from a child table — Option A (condition script) 1. Navigate to System UI > UI Actions.2. Open the UI action definition on the parent table (for example, Task).3. In the Condition field, add the following script: current.getRecordClassName() != 'incident'4. Select Update to save. Procedure 2: Remove a parent UI action from a child table — Option B (Override field) 1. Navigate to System UI > UI Actions.2.
